Refund & Cancellation Policy

Written notice of cancellation is strictly required within three business days of signing any service agreement, and must be submitted prior to material procurement or field mobilization. Refunds apply solely to unused prepaid funds on unperformed project phases, and are processed within 10 to 15 business days to the original billing entity. Submit requests directly to shop@littletoncontract.shop.

Completed labor hours, specialized mechanical parts, custom electrical switchgear components, and municipal permit fees are entirely non-refundable once ordered or executed. All agreements are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, ensuring equitable and clear commercial standards for all facility partners.
